    Thanks for posting this, Eric. It sounds great. I just wanted to let everyone know that lactose is a sugar in dairy — I kept referring to it as an enzyme, but lactase is the enzyme in our bodies that digests the sugar. I must have been too excited about the interview and your AWESOME Blue microphone. :-)
