Drying food, especially fruit, is an age-old process that works, AND its a great way to keep the harvest coming into the winter. When you dry your own fruit, you know what’s been added to it, if anything, and its a lot cheaper than those dried fruits in the store.

Composting your leaves is a great way to add nutrients to your plants. Don’t bag your leaves for the landfill, make compost with your leaves instead. There are a few ways to do this, this is the Eric way. Do you compost leaves, is there something we’re missing from our process? Let us know below:
