Top Roman and/or cheap noodles–sorry, bad idea guys! Cheap– yes; nutritional value–none! Come on guys. You can do better…even on the cheap!

YEAH–ademame is fantastic: super simple to prepare, super nutritious, and super cheap–Now you’re talking. Congrat’s on the Martha S. thing! Keep up the great work!

    P.S. Mike’s dogs are gorgeous!

Brie is wonderful! I treat myself every so often with a nice wedge of triple cream Brie. The rind is edible – it’s just different taste. I like to use it this way :
Take a wedge and cut it in half (think of a layer cake). Take some homemade pesto ( I make it with basil, garlic, olive oil, toasted pine nuts and a good parmesan) and spread it over the cut surface, be generous! Replace the top half, wrap in plastic and let it sit overnight. The next day, it’s ready to be eaten with your favorite cracker – I can’t tell you how good this is!
    Congratulations on your ITUNES standing!
    Pat
