		<description>Brie is wonderful!  I treat myself every so often with a nice wedge of triple cream Brie.  The rind is edible  -  it&#039;s  just different  taste.  I like to use it this way :
Take a wedge and cut it in half (think of a layer cake).  Take some homemade pesto ( I make it with basil, garlic, olive oil, toasted pine nuts and a good parmesan) and spread it over the cut surface, be generous!  Replace the top half, wrap in plastic and let it sit overnight.   The next day, it&#039;s ready to be eaten with your favorite cracker - I can&#039;t tell you how good this is!

YEAH--ademame is fantastic: super simple to prepare, super nutritious, and super cheap--Now you&#039;re talking.  Congrat&#039;s on the Martha S. thing!  Keep up the great work!
