Wondering how to cut up a chicken? Watch GardenFork.TV as we show you how to breakdown or cut up a chicken. The chef term for this is to ‘joint’ a chicken, but cutting up a chicken is a pretty good term for me.

    Great chicken cutting tutorial? How about raising them? Have you tried that? How about demo-ing the red cabbage in the Dutch oven. That sounded great!

    I just found you guys today when searching on YouTube for info about raised beds (loved that video!). This was super helpful too! I never knew about that fat line in the thigh before, great tip. I think chicken breast is way better on the bone too :D

    Just found your site after looking for what was wrong with my carotts, gread vido on cutting up a chicken. All the others show removing the breast from the bone. i like your idea better. Keep up the great advise. Are the dogs pure labs?
