Hey! Eric,
I usually make turkey burger with a little salt, pepper, and just a little garlic salt, they were getting a little boring so I just tried your ingredients–oh, super, the scallions, real garlic, etc. made the turkey especially juice and sweet! Keep those great recipes and videos coming love them all!
