GardenFork.TV offers internship programs for students – and assistant producer positions for those with some experience – who want to learn about web video production, internet radio production, new media and social media, web development and WordPress development, media and PR outreach, marketing and book publishing.
We offer experience in an unique part of the web world, the indie web tv production world, producing a really cool show and its companion radio show and website about DIY, Cooking, Green, Gardening, and other interesting topics. Interns will get real world experience in video production, website and WordPress management, using social media to keep in touch with the GardenFork audience, book and e-book publishing, and email marketing.
Our internships came about as a way for people who want to be a part of GardenFork to participate. We can use the help.
We need people with different skill sets, so if one of the intern jobs listed isn’t a perfect fit, please contact us if you are interested in being part of the GardenFork team.
Most important criteria: You must love dogs, and have a good vibe. Angry people need not apply.
Our office is in Brooklyn, NY, and we shoot a lot of the show in Northwest Connecticut; but telecommuting is a possibility. GardenFork will pay for local subway transportation to the office and meals while working.
Marketing & PR Intern : Help get the word out to websites, blogs, magazines, TV shows about GardenFork. Work on marketing plans for advertising and sponsorhips of the show and site.
Video Editing & Production Interns: use Final Cut Pro to log and edit video, help shoot parts of the show, encode and compress episodes, archive media and backup files.
Writing / Blogging Intern : write and edit posts for the site, work with GF contributors on upcoming projects and articles
Video Producer Intern, Radio Producer Intern : help schedule interviews , work with host on preparing for shows, schedule video shoots
Office Management Intern : a multi talent job, organizing the office to work better and a little bit of all of the above.

Hi I am interested in helping you guys if I can. I really would like to know where you got your dogs from or if you sell them. I love animals and have been looking for a lab for awhile. I love the outdoors, gardening, cooking, fishing, hunting you name it if its outdoors I love it.
