Eric, I’m so sorry to hear you lost a hive.
if you ever Figure out how you could have circumvented this, could you post? We lost both our hives last year, and one this year. We are new beeks and I’m not sure what to do or not do about this. It seems for us when the weather got warm in the Spring and then a quick change back to cold temps is when we lost ours.
