Great Show Eric. Really liked Abi Tapia. Song of the week maybe a great addition.

  2. David says:

Boston Butt was originally coined in antebellum New England where the casks they stored the meat in were called ‘Butts’. In Boston, they cut the shoulder in a particular way that was eventually called the Boston Butt.

Great show guys. I know here in Ohio there are some CSO’s set up where you buy stock in a farm and then can get raw milk because you are an “owner.”

  5. Eric Gunnar Rochow says:

i have read about some of those as well. in our town, you can buy half a cow or pig from one of the farmers in the spring, sort of an early version of the CSA concept.

  6. Kyle says:

Like the idea about using vegetable oil to start the chimney starter. I save my used deep frying oil for this and oiling the grill grate.
