My wife has been making this for years and people rave about it. The one thing that makes or breaks it is the sauce. We have found that sauces that don't have sugar or high fructose corn syrup taste more authentic or homemade. The Classico brand is good for this but we recently started using the Hunts Classic Italian line because it tastes the same but costs much less.

Just throw in a colorful tossed salad and some garlic bread and you are eating in style on the cheap!
