Emily Farris, super talented casserole maker and singer, has written a book on casseroles, probably my favorite food in the whole world. We went to The Brooklyn Kitchen to see her cook some of her dishes, and we were hooked, so we had to attend her Casserole Crazy Cookoff in Brooklyn. Super fun, watch the video and BUY HER BOOK HERE!
