Great Show Eric! I listened yesterday while cooking and cleaning the kitchen. Can't wait for the bread show since I've been having trouble with my 5 minute a day bread. My bread has not been rising. I bake it anyways and it results in a very dense bread. Still good for sopping up soup, but not light and airy. When I first started making 5 minute bread, it came out great and I think the amount of yeast was different, but I can't remember.

We do keep our house fairly cool. It's fresh yeast and I've proofed it just to make sure. I have a challah in the oven now and it barely rose at all and I had it in the oven while it was off, since I heard the pilot light will keep it at the right temp.

It's puzzling me!

Also, about the bridge thing. Smarter Cars do not make Smarter Drivers.
