This brings back memories for me! My parents were from N. Ireland and this reminded me of the sausage rolls my mother used to make for parties when I was a kid. I used to LOVE sausage rolls but since mom only made them for parties, we didn’t get them very often. I think I will use your recipe to make some and indulge myself. Thanks!
