Great Show Eric! I listened yesterday while cooking and cleaning the kitchen. Can’t wait for the bread show since I’ve been having trouble with my 5 minute a day bread. My bread has not been rising. I bake it anyways and it results in a very dense bread. Still good for sopping up soup, but not light and airy. When I first started making 5 minute bread, it came out great and I think the amount of yeast was different, but I can’t remember.
We do keep our house fairly cool. It’s fresh yeast and I’ve proofed it just to make sure. I have a challah in the oven now and it barely rose at all and I had it in the oven while it was off, since I heard the pilot light will keep it at the right temp.
It’s puzzling me!
Also, about the bridge thing. Smarter Cars do not make Smarter Drivers.
Ive ordered “Casserole Crazy” from Amazon and Im looking forward to trying out some. Great show, very enjoyable.
