    Hey Eric,

I think this was the show where you and Charlie had mentioned a quote by either Bittman or Pollan regarding eating only food that you make your self and we all wouldn’t be fat. You were talking about this while eating pizza and said that if you had to make the pizza yourself, you probably wouldn’t be eating it.

Ok, where as it is much easier, faster, and in some ways cheaper, to eat fast food. Home cooked food is just so much better and there are ways to make good food fast. One of my favorite resources is, “Artisonal Bread in Five Minutes a Day”. As per this book, I can have enough dough in the fridge to make pizza five nights a week. From my garden I can get the tomatoes and veggies. If I had my goats, some cheese, and from my butcher some home made sausage.

Charlie has a sweet piece of Fiestaware on his windowsill, by the way.

Great Show! Enjoyed it very much!
