Hey Eric, It was really interesting watching the alternator repair, even though I know I would never attempt to repair one. I'm always up for learning something new. And a fishing video would be cool, too. I do love to fish. But, when are you going to repair your washing machine. I never forgot the noise the washer made while you were filming another video, the subject which escapes me now. Only because my washer makes the same noise, and has been for a year now. I remember you saying, "I've got to fix that someday." Is someday soon, or have you done it already? Hey Mike, love your laugh. Cheryl in VA

Eric, who says big guys don't look good dancing? I'm six foot, five inches tall and I love to dance to classic/oldies rock. We can "bust a move" with anyone. haha

      Enjoyed the show.

I made a bunch of apple sauce and apple butter a few weeks ago.For my first batch of sauce I kept in the cores and skins and ran it through a food mill, just like you did. What I found, though, was that the pectin in skins gave the apple sauce a thicker consistency than I liked, so for my second batch I peeled the apples and saved the peels to throw in with my second batch of apple butter. The extra pectin in the apple butter helped it achieve the smooth, spreadable consistency that's I wanted, plus there was no waste! So I got perfect apple sauce and perfect apple butter 🙂

hey guys! We adopted three olive trees for my stepmom from Nudo. Each oil tastes different and we're supporting farmers in Italy.

      Just love it!

      Great show again!
