Eric said it but it's Tony's fault for bringing it up! In typical GF fashion, I didn't head out to Mom's until Christmas day when what should I hear "poached eggs like at McDonald's". Not only was there a McD at every exit, but they were all closed! Oh well, shouldn't eat there anyway.

If you want the best poached eggs, get the freshest eggs possible - I'm talking right after they're laid. I collect eggs before breakfast every day and they are the best. They really hold together well and make the most tasty, most massed together ones around.
