I tried homebrewing quite some time ago. I only made one batch...I think I was afraid to drink it. Anyway, I love your podcasts/videos!
I homebrew too! (sipping a gingery-wintery-ale that I nicknamed "wintah warmah" right now!) And yes, all homebrewers have those dreams about starting a brew-anything-co.
I was talking to my baker friend today and he and I were on the same page; we both think what we do is "okay" but are amazed when other people like our products so much. Maybe it's just the "made of our own hands" aspect. More people need to get their hands dirty and jump into projects.
