I listened to the podcast today and I totally stand behind your resolve to make cheese. Go to Ricki Carroll of New England Cheesemaking Supply. You can get the instructions and supplies for an easy 30-minute mozzarella that is very delicious.

Soon you will have your dough, your peel, your fresh cheese and your pizza oven. As if life isn't already good. When do you start home-brewing?

      cheers! Tish
