@Mike in regards to cooking with Olive Oil. If you are planning on cooking with olive oils use the cheaper stuff as most of the flavor is lost during cooking, or the flavor changes. Use the higher quality oils for dipping, salads, toppings, or in post-cooking applications to get the highest flavor levels from the oils.
